Dump Your
Plump: This award winning, nationally
recognized worksite wellness program promotes weight-loss and
fitness by focusing on Exercise, Nutrition, Team Building and
Behavior Modification techniques.

Quick Quest:
This program
consist of a coupon booklet of 30 wellness tasks. The tasks cover a
wide range of simple health behaviors and each includes a cartoon.
One may choose which tasks to complete.

Movin' & Winnin':
This new program, has a format similar to Dump Your Plump, but with
different graphics, educational materials and an internet component.
|
|
Dump Your Plump/Fall Training/Movin' & Winnin': These
programs are similar to the above worksite programs but are done
online. Teams compete nationwide or within their
organization. Each team has a home page to enter weekly
data. Newsletters and team scores are available online. Contests are scheduled for January, May and September.
